At OMACSHOPP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from OMACSHOPP if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Sale items or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include your order number and Return Authorization inside the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If you paid for shipping, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund, following the return instructions above.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
